Turks and Caicos
Hurricane Ike (pronounced /'a?k/) was the third-costliest hurricane
ever to make landfall in the United States.
Hurricane Ike passed over the Turks and Caicos Islands as a Category
4, with winds of 135 mph on September 7, 2008.
Billy Davis as part of the relief efforts was on Grand Turk within a
couple of days with many other volunteers with much needed supplies.
